Tibetan boots
ĦĦĦĦThere are many kinds of Tibetan boots in different names:. Simply
it can be summed up as hard sole and soft upper. Generally flat-heeled,
the
sole is made of cow leather, stitched cloth, leather wrapped, thin
and thick soles. The instep and upper are made mainly with pub,
woolen cloth, apron materials, velvet or leather. The color is ex-quisitely
adopted. Some of the insteps are embroidered with silk thread into
different designs, others are edged with golden silk thread. The
toe cap can be shaped into
square, round, sharp and hook. At the back of various boots, a 10cm-long
mouth is opened for the convenience of putting on and taking off.
Therefore, the Tibetan boots must have belts which are beautiful
woolen handicrafts in various designs. The two ends are decorated
by colorful ears.
