Tibet's Shannan Prefecture gets 67 million yuan of aid in nine projects this year. So far, six projects have begun construction with two being completed.
The completed projects included the Hunan Road, an item donated by Hunan Province with an investment of 26 million yuan, and the Shannan Prefecture Tibetan Hospital, aided by Heilongjiang Province.
