Tibet Is Not What the “Seven Years in Tibet”

Dinkay and Andeli from Slovenia stood in front of glistening buildings of the Jokhang Monastery in Lhasa, and were absorbed by their majestic style.

Both are students of Chengdu University, and went to Tibet during the summer vocation.

When they had visited the Potala Palace, Norbu Lingka, the Tashilhunpo Monastery and some other places, they said they have watched the movie titled Seven Years in Tibet, and find Tibet, very beautiful. The Tibetans lead a very happy life. “Tibet is not like what the Seven Years in Tibet describes. We wish there will be more people who come here to see what Tibet is like with their own eyes.”
