On the occasion of "China Tibetan Culture Week" opening, let me express my warmly congratulation on this action on behalf of Shanghai Dongchang Enterprises (Group) Corporation and in my individual's name. Tibet has a long history and distinct religion culture. As an indivisible part of Chinese territories, from getting peaceful liberation, Tibet has made great progress on every field with the support of the Central government and the people all over the countrty, During this week, photograph exhibition, movie show, arts performing, and such on will be utilized to exhibit Tibet's unique culture, ethnical tradition and folk-custom.
