A: The government of Tibet Autonomous Region has always attached great importance

Notice of the People's Government of Tibet Autonomous Region on the Protection
of Aquatic Resources, and Measures for the Administration of Environment Protection
on Construction Programs of Tibet Autonomous Region. these laws and regulations
involve wild life conservation, grassland management, water resource protection,
